Herchelle leads the Beverages proposition for the 23 restaurants at the iconic and globally recognised retailer at Harrods in the UK and has a wealth of commercial drinks experience from working for premium retailers. She has spent 10 years in drinks buying roles for wholesalers and grocery multiples Waitrose and Marks and Spencer, leading multi-million pound categories to growth before working as a freelance commercial consultant advising clients across the drinks industry.

With a high affinity for driving excellence for commercial enterprise and innovation in consumer experience, the full picture of Herchelle’s background goes further than Food & Beverage. Prior to her time in FMCG, Herchelle also worked in buying roles for renowned British retailers John Lewis, Liberty of London and Heal’s.

Through her proven adaptability and unique insight of having worked ‘both sides of the desk,’ Herchelle has served as a drinks subject-matter-expert on industry panels and continues to increase industry knowledge and network as a judge for competitions Drinks Retailing, The Grocer Gold Awards, The Global Spirits Masters competition and has been a mentor for The Drinks Trust.
