
Ante Loncaric
Dr. Ante Lončarić, an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek, has extensive experience in research and education. Since 2011, he has consistently contributed to the advancement of food technology, with a particular focus on the utilization of food industry by-products and the stability of polyphenols. He earned his PhD in 2014 and has since published 36 papers in prestigious A1 journals, actively participating in research and the organization of scientific events. His expertise in the field of spirits technology includes leading courses, completing a WSET certification for spirits, and further education at Odin's Distillery University.
